     perhaps i don'know how to use the 本站合法公民列表,or
it is too ...
     does it have any rules?
     i'm afraid that the rule is not very helpful.
   1. if i know a nickname of somebody,how can i get his id?
   2. if i want to know who came these days,do i have to look up all the list?
   3. does it have any relaxion of the time a person register successfully?
   4. does it have any relaxion of the experience points?
