新华网消息 当地时间29日下午1点33分，日本宇航开发机构（JAXA）在鹿儿岛县种子
岛宇宙中心使用H2A火箭搭载两颗间谍卫星发射失败。据报道，火箭升空后不久即发生故障
，地面指挥部门在发射13分种后下令销毁火箭。
此前，日本出于技术原因三次推迟了此次发射。日本宇航机构发言人在发射失败后表
示：“已经完全没有机会恢复这次行动，所以地面指挥下达了销毁火箭的指令。”
美联社报道说，日本发射这两颗卫星是为了对朝鲜进行监视。今年3月，日本成功发射
了两颗间谍卫星，本次遭遇失败的发射属于是日本投资20亿美元的情报监测计划的一部分

俺回忆的那个把最后一次编号记错了
是这样 火箭的编号是事先定好的
但可能出现发射次序的调整
比如98年2月发射的5号箭在6号箭之后
原因是97年环境卫星失效 而5号箭要发射的“浮桥”卫星跟环境星类似
所以发射被推迟了半年 推迟到6号箭之后
7号箭和8号箭发射次序颠倒也是这个原因 但7号箭计划打什么载荷已经忘了
俺觉得这个编号方式挺号
中国的就是不公开

最后两次失败
近年来，日本宇宙事业开发团一直在重点发展两级大型火箭H－2，耗资达2700亿日元。H－
2火箭全长50米，发射总重260吨，可将10吨的卫星送入近地轨道，或将2吨的卫星送入地球
同步轨道。自1994年以来曾连续5次发射成功，但1998年2月发射地球同步通信卫星时因火
箭主机故障而失败。日本原指望通过发射8号火箭挽回声誉，但因故障，发射日期从9月推
迟到11月15日。而意想不到的是，这枚火箭从种子岛航天中心升空3分59秒后，一级火箭提
前2分钟关机，7分35秒一级火箭分离后，其位置和速度等一切数据又突然间全部消失，地
面控制中心不得不于7分41秒下达指令引爆了二级火箭。显然，H－2火箭的失败将会对日本
航天技术的发展产生不利影响。

due to the failure.
JAXA has established an accident investigation team led by President Yamanouch
i and is investigating the cause of the accident. We would like to deeply apol
ogize for this failure.
