沈阳拒签，二千求救

我沈阳一千被拒，理由是出国学习和回国没有必然的联系（移民倾向），
小黑抱定了是不想给我签证。
连最起码的资料他都不看。三言两语就把我KILL 了。郁闷阿。。。
我准备二千，大侠们快给我指点迷津把。。。。。。
1。二千时，时间有什么要求？可以下周再来吗？
2。需要准备申述信？如何准备那？还要准备什么？
3。以我的情况应该如何出手？快帮帮我阿。。。
以下是我签证经过，呜呜呜呜呜。。。
（在我之前有个北大的兄台，和大白鏖战20多分钟最终REJECTED。。。）

I arrrived in Am8:15 Shenyang Embassy
Am 9:20 start my interview:
O: visa officer小黑（有小黑和大白两个同志）
m: me

o: Good morning
m: Good morning.
   This is my visa documents...
( I wanted to hand in my document,but he did not take
it. Just looked at me and asked ....)
o: What' your tie to ... usa?
m: study for my Ph.D
o: Why do you want to ..study this Ph.D in usa....?
m: Well, because my major in BS is chemical
engineering. And after I graduated,I find a
job in factory...(I plan to go on to tell him
I'll study for waste water treatment in usa)
o: ( he stoped my answer and asked)
   When did you have the work...?
m: after I graduated from college.
(( [ Big mistake!!! In DS156 form, there is a section:
What's your occupation now ? if retired, please
remark"retired"] Because I have no job now and I think
"retired" and "abdicate" are different. So I write the
blank: N/A ))
o: Ni Xia Gang le? ( in chinese, faint!)
m: no, in china xia gang and abdicate from company is
different. I just give up my company.
o: what abdicat? xia gang? How long?
m: maybe 2 years. exactly I ....( stoped me)
o: What are you doing now ?
m: study for english. sometimes be volunteer.
o: ( look at 3 second) I can not give you visa.
m: ? ??
o: ( take out my passport and a refused letter and
leave his seat. During the interview, he keep on
standing beside the interview window)

Faint,he did not see/take my recommendation and Gre,
toefl scoes and so on. I guess he have no plan to read
any documents about me, except the DS-157/156.
