V: how much is your salary?
M: 80,000 a year after tax
v: per month?
m: 6,000
v: $750? how can you save $40,000?
m: my father...
v: oh, your father(极夸张的声调）
m: he is an archetacher, he designed many buildings

m：（拿起我sister的passport copy）you see？this is my sister, she got her MBA
in US, ****UNIV. she nwo lives in Japan and has a textile company...
v: in foreing country?
m: yeah
v: ........, so u will go to UIUC?
m: yes, it ranks
v: dont give me speech, it will bring you a green card.
m: green? oh, no,no. you know, I am a chinese CPA, I have a bright future here

v: you can earn much more in US
m: when i come back, i will be more successful then to stay in the states

m：i spend four years to get my CPA qualification, in US it is just a useless
paper. if you had the intention to immigrate into another country, would you s
pend four years to acquire a waste paper?

我在这个BBS得到了我所有的签证心得经验,籍一1000成功.很多朋友要求我介绍秘诀,我也
不敢乱说. 因为个人个案不同,必须具体问题具体分析. 但是大家仔细的看过去的案例和分
析是十分有用的,因为你可以自己分析出VO的取舍标准.然后你可以根据这些标准来准备你
的材料.
很多人问一些很简单的问题,其实多数问题的答案在精华区和以前的文章里都有,不要怪人
家不回答你.
下面是我给网友的一封回信,他要我给一些visa tips.我随便写了我认为对我最重要的几条
,希望对大家有参考价值. 但是记住,签证没有放之四海而皆准的真理.
永远不错的是认真准备和提高口语.
You say that I am lucky as most people think so. But I was confident about tha
t because I am a Christian. If you saw my article on the New Orientle BBS, you
 must think it is a miracle since the visa officer was sure I would not come b
ack to China upon graduation.
Anyway, I have some tips you might find helpful:
1.FUND
 self-supporting itself is not a weakness to obtain visa. but one should clear
ly explain the source of fund. the source must be reasonable. If the fund is u
nder your own name, it is best, especially when you are not a new graduate. Or
 it is from your parents, but they must be obviously so rich that the fund is
unimportant to them. that is, if they are normal employees and the fund to sup
port u is their pension savings, the chances are that the VO will deny your of
fer.
2. IMMIGRATION INTENTION
actually, this is not a point at all. Everyone including VO know most Chinces
people will stay in the states after graduation. The point is, now, you must p
resent some evidence to show you have not this intention at present. For examp
le, I told VO, I am a cpa here, I have a splendid caree future here. If I stay
 in the states, my CPA designation is worthless. Would you spend 3 years to st
ruggle for a paper useless in USA if you Had the Intention to stay in the stat
es? Of course NO.
On the end, if you cannot offer such evidence, dont worry. You just show how e
xcellent you are and you are more excellent than other visa applicants. If VO
believe so, he will give u visa since USA want thoee most excellent to go to U
SA. Since the fact is no one will come back, then we (American people) want th
ose successful or those will be successful.  You applied a top college, you ha
ve a membership of prestigious association, your acdemic excellence....try to
find your sales point. every has his own point, try to find it and tell VO.
3. language skill
talk, talk and talk,
it is of great important to talk to present your english ability. only in this
 way, VO would believe that you will and you can go to study rather to work. E
VEN the content of your words is critical. But if you stoped and had nothing t
o say, VO thinks you yourself are not confident about your answer to his quest
ion.
4. Questions Preparation
carefully riview your documents, find your weakness and find best answer to th
em, and supporting evidence is indispensible. Remember, VO will always find yo
ur weakness directly and will never miss them.
5. Courage
tell yourself 100 times loudly:" I am most excellent, I will get visa."
