Title：Supplier Development Engineer – Mechanical

Responsibilities:
1.      Develop strong supplier base for the assigned products
2.      Evaluate supplier capability
3.      Evaluate quotes, analysis costs and select the suppliers
4.      Work with supplier on the MCP and quality control process
5.      Solve the technical issues with the supplier and US team

Requirements:
1.      Batchelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
2.      At least 3 years sourcing experience on mechanical products
3.      Technology or quality experience on mechanical is preferred
4.      1-2 years working experience with or for a US based company 
5.      Ability to speak and write English well
6.      Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word


Title: Plastics Commodity Manager – ASC

Responsibilities:
1.      Develop Resin Material Strategies 
2.      Find new suppliers for resins, Thermoplastic and Thermoset molding.
3.      Manage Supplier Relationships
4.      Identify and Implement Cost Reduction Opportunities
5.      Establish effective working relationships with the Sourcing Managers, SDE’s, Supply Chain, and Quality

Requirements:
1.      Bachelor degree majoring in Plastic Material Engineer or Chemical Engineering
2.      Knowledge of process and chemical composition of different molding materials
3.      Good knowledge of local China (Asia) supply base for plastic resins
4.      Contract negoiation skills


Title: SDE-:Lighting Finished Products

Responsibilities:
1.      Develop comprehensive understanding of business strategies related to assigned products line 
2.      Recognize needs of internal and external customers during product sourcing process.  
3.      Understand conditions of supply-market, specifically trends, technologies and suppliers, and derive sourcing strategies that maximize the benefits to Cooper.
4.      Complete supplier profile, capability and quality assessments
5.      Maximize information systems in management of commodities and suppliers.
6.      25 to 35% travel is expected

Requirements:
1.      At least 5 years working experience on engineering or quality control
2.      Above 2 years experience on Lighting fixture sourcing is a plus 
3.      Ability to read, write and converse in English
4.      Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word


Title: PMC Manager

Responsibilities:
1.      Troubleshoots all the material delivery and purchase problems.
2.      Coordinate the whole team with the supplier and customer closely.
3.      Follows up the ISO system and implementation.
4.      Inventory control 
5.      On time delivery 
6.      Follow production schedule strictly.

Requirements:
BS degree with 5 years-related work experience.


Title: Mechanical Design Engineer

Responsibilities:
1. Work with marketing department to design the structure of wiring devices, such as switch and receptacle.
2. Work with project engineer to do the cost analysis.
3. Work with sourcing engineer to review the tooling design and supplier selection. 
4. Work with QA engineer to define the quality requirements.

Qualifications:
1. Background / Education Requirements
2. Education Level: Bachelor Degree of Engineering
3. Major/ Specialty:     
4. At least 2 years experience of mechanism or structure design. Experience in designing or manufacturing residential grade switches and receptacles is preferred.
5. Familiar with typical types of manufacturing process (plastic injection molding, metal stamping)
6. Strong skills to design plastic part, stamping part.
7. Proficient in solid modeling software, preferably ProE.
8. Good oral and written English and good communication skills.

Title: Sr. Manufactory Engineer (New Product Development)

Responsibilities:
1. Set up the facility needs, layouts, utility equipment selection
2. Find out qualified manufacturing equipments vendor and properly direct the purchasing.
3. Transfer documents preparation, including all documents about process control and quality assurance, test, etc.
4. Equipment trouble shooting 

Qualifications:
1. At least 5 years working in engineering field of manufacturing based company 
2. Be experienced in facility support equipment, manufacturing equipment trouble shooting, 
process set up
3. Be familiar with quality control system
4. Be acknowledgeable of project management

Title: Facility Engineer
Qualifications:
1.      Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
2.      Familiar with facilities systems operations, such as, HVAC, Power Supply and Distribution System, Air Compressor, Waste Water Treatment System, Fire protection, and other facility systems 
3.      Experience with Emergency Response Planning
4.      Possess logic and solid problem solving capability, good interpersonal skills
5.      Can work under high pressure and ability to work and integrate smoothly in different cultural setting
6.      Strong customer orientation and strong teamwork spirit


Title: Accounts Payable Associate

Responsibilities:
1.      Maintain accounts payable sub-ledger and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
2.      Perform three-way matching of invoices.
3.      Review vendor file maintenance requests.
4.      Assist in month end closing process, preparation of month end journal entries and account reconciliations.
5.      Preparation of monthly freight reports.
6.      Prepare monthly freight and expense Accruals.
7.      Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations in connection with month end closing.

Qualifications:
The minimum job requirements for this position are four years accounting experience, with at least two years in the area of accounts payable. Individual must also be able to speak and write proficiently in English. Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills are required. Exposure to SAP, Intuitive, and Hyperion is a plus, but not a requirement.


Title: MRO Buyer

Responsibilities:
1.      MRO material supplier scouring, RFQ processing and supplier selection
2.      MRO material purchasing for various companies, and ensure on time delivery
3.      Execute the Company pricing policy, review and negotiate purchase price
4.      Manage the purchase plan for indirect materials
5.      Implement ECN for indirect materials
6.      Maintain data integrity of ERP system
7.      Supplier management and performance review.
8.      Daily Problems Solving
9.      Compliance to the company policies, procedures and the Company Code of Ethics

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree in Materials / Business or equivalent
2. 1-3 years experiences in MRO material sourcing and purchase
3. Experience on import and export operations
4. Fluent speaking, reading, listening and writing in English and good communication skill
5. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word


Title: Materials Planner 

Responsibilities:
1.      Managing the purchase requirements from customers to the Asia Sourcing Center, including making commitment to customers’ orders, scheduling customer order delivery, preparing shipping documents, arranging the shipment and tracking the delivery till the arrival at the customers site;
2.      Customers’ PO on Time Delivery management;
3.      Asia Sourcing Center monthly purchase plan and inventory plan;
4.      Releasing purchase orders to Asia Sourcing Center suppliers based on customers’ orders and tracking for the delivery from suppliers;
5.      Managing the supplier performance to improve supplier On Time Delivery;
