ut R&D activities in the areas of advanced technologies and solutions to help 
customers working at various work styles to improve the productivity and creat
ivity of their intellectual work. 
Internship Program－A fascinating place to raise your potentials!
Program
The overall purpose of the internship program is to provide on the job trainin
g opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students pursuing software resear
ch and development. In the program, interns will become part of a team partici
pating in actual project development and testing, and receive tailored trainin
g program in relation to Ricoh’s software and testing standards as well as so
ftware engineering. 

The program is designed for up to 12 months (program length may be flexible ac
cording to individual needs), during which we will help to develop our interns
’ skills and experience.

What we are looking for in our candidates…..

Person
We are looking for undergraduate or graduate student majoring in computer scie
nce or the equivalent.

Skills
We expect technical students with strong experience in C, C++, or Java softwar
e development and testing; have analytical and problem solving skills.
