Position: Senior Hardware Design Engineer

Company: Ericsson Radio Technology (Chengdu) Co. Ltd.

Location: Chengdu

Main tasks

• Lead and Implement design

• Draft and review product specification 

• Setup product concept

• Achieve project targets on cost, quality and delivery time

• Close cooperation with other Ericsson R&D centers

• Close cooperation with suppliers

• Establish and continue to develop design environment 

QUALIFICATION

--Bachelor or higher degree of University, major in Electronics Engineering 
or equivalent

--Excellent and comprehensive knowledge of Wireless Communication Network an
d Systems

--Excellent knowledge of design areas, mastering at least one of the areas a
nalogue design, digital design, RF design, Cavity Filter design and PA-desig
n etc.

--A minimum of 5 years experience of technical work within Telecom industry

--Strong communication and social skills

--Good leadership skill

--Fluent in English speaking and excellent in writing

Position: Radio Design Engineer

Location: Beijing

Responsibilities & Main Tasks:

Radio design within the R&D Center projects. This could include work within 
analogue design, RF- design, PA-design and frequency generation design.Estab
lishment and development of radio design environment within the R&D Center. 


Required Skills:

--University degree holder in Electronics Engineering or equivalent;

--Excellent knowledge of Wireless Communication systems;

--Excellent knowledge of different radio design areas mastering at least one
 of the areas analogue design, RF- design, PA-design and frequency generatio
n design;

--A minimum of three years experience of technical work within wireless comm
unication systems and radio design;

--Good communication skills and social abilitities;

--Fluent in oral & written English.
