为了帮助那些品学兼优的学生利用暑假进行社会实践，提高学生将知识转化为工作技能的
能力，我公司提供见习机会给贵校本科生三年级和研究生二年级以上的在校学生。

司（制冷压缩机制造商）、艾可控制器（电子和热膨胀阀制造商）、White-Rodgers(温度
控制和机电控制器制造商)、CPC（超市电子控制器制造商），以及艾默生密封电机部（密
封电机制造商）联合投资成立的。公司的主要研发领域包括改善压缩机和相关制冷系统的
能效比，为改善人居环境的舒适度提供新的解决方法，以及改善相关产品的可靠性和耐用
性, 该研发中心将成为艾默生公司全球设施最先进、规模最大的重要研发基地之一。

现诚招暑期见习生：

S64001        Design Engineer (设计工程师)     3 名

Responsibilities:
•    Design and improve scroll and reciprocating compressors and compone
nts
•    Evaluate design trade-offs in terms of performance, cost and manufa
cturability
•    Document new designs and design changes via engineering change proc
edures
•    Support project engineers and testing engineers in establishing exp
eriments to verify new designs qualifications

Requirement: 
•    BS degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration / HVAC
, Applied Mechanics or Compressor Design and other related areas
•    Fluent in English 
•    Need good communication skills and team work capability
•    Experience in reciprocating machines or compressor design and devel
opment constitutes a significant advantage
•    Related working experience preferred


S64002        Project Engineer( 项目工程师)    3名

Responsibility: 
•    Develop the product specifications and coordinate development sched
ule through Product Planners
•    Conduct the analysis of design concept and trade-off
•    Work with Design Engineers for drawing preparations
•    Work with Advanced Manufacturing Engineers for manufacturing option
s
•    Work with Procurement Engineer for sourcing prototype parts
•    Work with reliability group for product qualification plans 
•    Maintain the product for continuous improvements after the product 
launch

Requirement:
•    BSME Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or Refrigeration / 
HVAC
•    Broad base knowledge on machine designs, material selections, syste
m dynamics and fluids
•    Must be fluent in English 
•    Need good communication skills and teamwork capability
•    Experience in reciprocating machines or compressor design and devel
opment constitutes a significant advantage
•    Related working experience preferred




S64032        Electronics Engineer (电子工程师)    1-2名

Responsibilities: 
•    Design, develop and test products in either electronic, electrical,
 gas or system areas for HVAC international market.
•    Insure reliable products achieve the optimal quality while cost wit
hin the restraints established by Engineering and Marketing.
•    Coordinate in technical projects at Suzhou Research & Development C
enter
•    Provide liaison support for work required at different location.
•    Analyze designs through the use of “Failure Modes and Effects Anal
ysis”(FEMA)
Requirement:
•    B.S.E.E in electronics, electrical or mechanical field, M.S preferr
ed. 
•    A thorough knowledge of mechanical, electronic and control system t
heory with a specialization in at least one
•    Skillful in EDA software and PCB design/layout.
•    Knowledge of automatic controls and embedded micro-controller hardw
are design
•    Knowledge of 3D model building/ 2D drawing is very desirable
•    Familiarity with EMC or environmental test / measurements procedure
s and equipments is desirable.
•    Fluent in English, good communication skills, teamwork spirit.


S64035        Motor Design Engineer(马达设计工程师)    1-2名

Responsibility: 
•    Design and apply induction motors for use in scroll compressors
•    Provide advice and information on motors to compressor engineers
•    Order sample/pilots and coordinate testing and delivery to customer
s
•    Provide support to  Suzhou factory on new model introduction, cost 
reduction projects, process change evaluations, and misc. support as required

•    Communicate with St. Louis engineering group as required
Requirement:
•    B.S degree of electrical engineering or equivalent required
•    English speaking preferred
•    Good communication and teamwork
