Requirement:
- Postgraduate students pursuing Ph.D/MS degree in CS
- More than 3 days working in office per week for 6+ months (1+ year is better) 

Desired Skills:
- Good UI design and development skills based on latest web technologies (AJAX, PHP, XML...)
- Strong Java/J2EE, mid-tier, XML, open source, and RDB skills
- Good English verbal and written communication skills
- Team player and quick to learn
