As a standardization engineer, you have the chance to research on technology w
hich is state of the art, to be familiar with the overall system architecture/
key technology, to innovate in future standard. 
  
General requirement for Interns: 
- Graduate student to be graduated at year 2008 is preferred, 2007 is also app
licable 
- Could work at company for full time for more than 6 months 
- Major in telecommunication, electronic engineering 
  
1. LTE standardization engineer  
 
Responsibilities:  
- Standardization work on LTE (Long Term Evolution)  
 
- Do simulation based on requirement   
 
- Research and Develop algorithms  
 
Requirements:  
 
-  In-depth knowledge on new technologies such as OFDM, MIMO etc  
 
-  Familiar with simulation tools such as Matlab, Cossap etc.  
 
- Creative and cooperative, able to work independently as well as a team membe
r.  
 
-  Good English communication skills, both verbal and written  
 
 
 
2. TD-SCDMA standardization engineer  
 
Responsibilities:  
 
- Standardization work on TD-SCDMA  
 
- Do simulation based on requirement   
 
- Research and Develop algorithms  
 
Requirements:  
 
- In-depth system knowledge and experience on 3G (UMTS, TD-SCDMA) physical lay
er  
 
-  Familiar with simulation tools such as Matlab, Cossap etc.  
 
- Creative and cooperative, able to work independently as well as a team membe
r.  
 
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
