Group Overview    MSR Asia is committed to ensuring Microsoft customers’ bene
fit from innovations developed by researchers at the lab. To this end a dedica
ted team of software engineers was brought together under the Technology Trans
fer Group. This group, unique within MSR Asia, is focused on facilitating the 
transfer of innovations to Microsoft’s products. The group also develops soft
ware tools to help improve research productivity and builds prototypes and dem
os for the lab’s research groups, breathing life into new technology breakthr
oughs. Over the years, the Technology Transfer Group, working together with Mi
crosoft’s various product groups, has assisted in the transfer of over one hu
ndred technologies from MSR Asia. Today, the group helps turn the lab’s ideas
 into reality and develops and promotes software engineering excellence across
 MSR Asia.
Roles & Responsibilities    This is a position for development in system group
 for the social-network computing project. 
Required Qualifications    We are looking for:
    Good programming skill in C++, STL
    Basic Win32 knowledge, multi-threading programming, socket program
ming. 
    Passion for technical and be a quick learner. 
    Knowledge in system software is a plus.
