MSR Asia has had a profound impact on the evolution of Microsoft's core techno
logy and products by focusing on technologies and innovations not just for tom
orrow but for the day after tomorrow. In the same spirit, and at the heart of 
fundamental research, the Incubation Group is constantly looking for ways to s
olve the biggest challenges and obstacles facing the information technology in
dustry and Microsoft's customers. The Incubation Group also collaborates with 
other research groups at MSR Asia to look at research problems from different 
angles and to create new areas for researchers to explore.

This position's key responsibilities are:
    UI Design: Participate in UI design and contribute creatively idea
s and design artwork to the overall brief. Create graphics, icons and layouts 
for GUI development;
    Product Design: Interest in creative design, contribute cool ideas
 in Product design project.
职位要求(Requirements):    We are looking for:
    Major in New Media Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Arts, Visual
 Communication or related field;
    Expertise in design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, 3d
max;
    Can produce highly impressive and creative artwork in a timely man
ner;
    Be able to handle tight deadlines.
