Work Location：Beijing, China
Group Overview：We are a small incubation team in MSRA creating an experimenta
l web based application. We are looking for an expert in web application devel
opment, including strong UI development skill.
Roles & Responsibilities：
1.    Work as part of a small team creating a novel web and client application
 using Microsoft technologies.
2.    Use your strong programming knowledge, demonstrated ability to solve pro
blems and ability to work as a team including product designers and engineer t
o create a great user experience and functionality.
Required Qualifications：
We are looking for
1.    BS/MS in Computer Science or any related technical field (advanced stude
nts welcome), and possess the following skills;
2.    Extensive experience with Web application programming or related project
 experience 
a)    Required: C# and UI development skills (including web UI and Windows cli
ent).  
b)    Desired skills:  ASP.NET, AJAX
3.    Good communication skills, including spoken, reading, and written Englis
h;
4.    Excellent problem solving and teamwork skills.
5.    Perhaps you have won or participated in a programming contest
