BU Description 
Automation test engineer for web applications. 
Job Responsibilities
These individuals will be responsible for implementing test automation strategy, developing automation framework, design and execute automation test scripts. might includes perform performance tests for web applications. 
Job Requirements (skills/experiences) 
1. Excellent communication skills
2. Experience with software development,  ( 2+ years experience) 
3. Development skills: Java, J2EE, WebSphere, DB2, XML.
4. Experience in Rational Test tools Preferred (Test Manager, Functional Tester, ClearQuest, etc) 
5. Performance/Stress Test experience & Skills is a plus 
6. Open, Dynamic, flexible & good teamwork spirit. 
Qualifications(Education/Major/Certificates)
Bachelor or Master degree major in Computer Science
