Function: P&G Chemicals
Job title: Customer Development Manager
Location: Guangzhou (first 1 ~2 years)

Description:
1.      Oversea training program in first 3~5 month for global oleo-chemical m
arketing, product technology, product supply, etc.
2.      CDM is responsible for working with the CBD Team, Production Supply
team, Marketing team to satisfy customer requirements and capitalize on
opportunities for volume and $NOS growth.
3.      Responsible for selling oleo-chemicals products in China, South Korea

and Vietnam.
4.      Responsible for developing customers, understanding customers need, an

dactively create business opportunities.
5.      Leads projects requiring coordination with other functions, and organi
zations.

Requirement:
1.      Bachelor Degree or Master Degree
2.      Excellent communication and analytical skills.
3.      Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
4.      Strong/excellent English skills in both verbal and writing.
5.      Willing for frequent Business Travels: Both domestic and international

travels are expected for this position.
6.      Chemistry related major is preferred. (This is not a must requirement)
