BU Description 
It will be responsible for Rational Method Composer (RMC) development. RMC is a general purpose process engineering tool that provides support for many alternative lifecycle models and that enables process engineers and managers to implement, deploy, and maintain processes for organizations or individual projects. It ships with the recent version of RUP and replaces IBM Rational Process Workbench, RUP Organizer, and RUP Builder and provides completely redesigned tools for authoring, configuring, viewing, and publishing development processes and improved reuse and extensibility capabilities.
Job Responsibilities
Rational Method Composer development
   - High Level Design
   - Low Level Design
   - Code and Unit Test
Job Requirements (skills/experiences) 
- More than 2 years working experience in software development/testing
- Excellent programming skills with C/C++, Java and Eclipse
- Familiar with various operating systems (Windows, Linux, AIX, Unix)
- Familiar with IBM development and testing processes
- Good knowledge of Rational products, such as ClearCase, ClearQuest, RUP, RPM etc.
- Knowledge of Unicode and Globalization
Qualifications(Education/Major/Certificates)
- Master degree in Computer Science is preferred
- Good communication skill
- Excellent written/spoken English
- Quick learner
- Self-motivated to solve problems
- Good team player and high responsibility
