岗位职责描述及其他要求 
　　Responsibility
*   Provide the algorithm design code for ASIC group. Take algorithm response 

for system or function design. It includes design, simulate, implement and tes

t. 

Qualifications
1.PhD in data communication and signal processing.
2.Familiar with data communication theory, working experience on one of the fo

llowing areas: modulation, demodulation, signal detection, optimal receiver th

eory, error-correction coding, information theory, adaptive filter algorithm, 

digital signal processing
3.Comprehensive knowledge of HDTV, analog TV, OFDM, QAM or VSB is plus.
4.Working experiences on logic design or FPGA design is plus.
5.Strong English oral and written communication skills are essential.
6.High energy, self-starter with excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills 


7.Can be transferred to US headquarter
