2006-2007中金公司校园招聘步骤
第一步 → 校园宣讲会
中金公司的招聘工作从每年秋季开始,届时中金公司招聘小组将介绍在中金公司事业发展
的情况。如果你对中金感兴趣,请参加招聘会,向招聘小组的成员了解在中金发展的各种
事业机会,听他们谈一谈他们当初选择中金公司的初衷。
第二步 → 填写网上申请表格 (截止日期为 2006年10月29日)
我们希望你能够通过我们的网页了解更多有关中金公司的情况及各部门今年的招聘职位。
我们只接受网上申请。请通过网上申请表(http://careers.cicc.com.cn/cn/campus.htm
,并根据要求完成你的网上简历。
填写一份信息完整的网上申请表是成为中金公司一员的第一步。你可以选择只填中文或英
文简历,但是一份中英文双语简历总是更加全面的。。
请在网上申请表中列出你学过的相关课程及成绩。如果你的简历被选中,我们将要求你提
供学校出具的正式成绩单。
开放式问题的回答及个人简述应该简明扼要,字数的多少不是我们评选的标准。
请注意证明人(References)是指了解并能够证明你的学习经历及工作经历的人,而不是
推荐人。
第三步 → 初步面谈
通过简历筛选程序后,我们将安排合格的申请者与中金公司的招聘团队成员进行的初步面
谈。
第四步 → 参加中英文笔试
通过初步面谈的应聘者将参加中英文笔试。成功通过笔试后,可以参加面试。
第五步 → 参加面试
第一轮面试通常是在秋末或初冬在各高校或中金公司举行。第二轮面试将在中金公司进行
。在中金公司参加面试,可以和公司各部门,各级别的专业人员进行面对面的交流,帮助
你更多的了解中金公司,使你明确将来在中金公司的角色和工作状况。
第六步 → 发聘书
第二轮面试后, 成功的应聘者将很快收到中金公司的聘书。
