CV screening
First assessment: language & psychological tests
Second assessment: candidates are invited to a day of interviews, group discu
ssion and a business game
Final interviews with the President and VPs of your Zone
Contract offer
Starting with a 10-month training program, you’ll gain experience in every as
pect of our business. You’ll have a systematic knowledge of our operations as
well as an insight into the strategic challenges facing a large multinational
like ours.
And from the very beginning you’ll be expected to give your opinion on the bu
siness and what you would do to make it better. This is the kind of incisive m
indset that will be useful at every stage of your career. Your initial assignm
ents will be in your home country – and anything but easy. The whole philosop
