To be a human resources professional, you must help manage our most important

activities and structure. To help you acquire these competencies, Internationa

l Paper offers the Human Resources Associate, designed to guide your growth as

 a well rounded human resource professionals. 

The program will last about two years. During this period, you will be exposed

 to various aspects of human resources disciplines including salary management

, compensation & benefit, selecting and hiring people, performance management,

 employee engagement, people development and change management. 

After training in the various human resources disciplines, trainees are placed

 in assignments as HR generalists. This assignment will be determined by train

ee’s performance in the program and the availability of the appropriate oppor

tunities. Trainees should expect the assignment to be outside of Shanghai in o

ne of its manufacturing units.

 the individual for advanced leadership roles.
