各位校友好！

一年一度的毕业生求职又开始了，小弟首先祝愿大家一切顺利！

小弟04年毕业，今年9月份进入GE后发现本部门150人只有2个是工大的，整个GE（中国）我也只认识一位校友，而且今年又惊悉GE根本不来工大，对GE公司居然没有形成招聘我们工大毕业生这样高素质人才的现实感觉相当遗憾！

想当年毕业时见到同学在BBS上发帖子贴出上海交大的招聘会信息，有人慨叹“人家有那么多宝洁，我们只有一个宝洁，而且还争得头破血流”。我们学校在地理位置上处于劣势，所以优秀的跨国公司的offer需要大家去主动争取。只有通过一届又一届校友的不断努力，才能在众多跨国公司中为我们赢得积极的口碑，才能吸引他们愿意到哈尔滨开校园招聘会
。

现在我们处于不利形势，希望大家能够主动出击、争取机会，不仅针对GE，同样针对其他跨国公司。现将GE2007年校园招聘信息和大家分享，特别希望大家能够斩获尽可能多的offer，打败其他南方的学校，不仅会使自己毕业之后多了一个选择，也将为工大学子赢得积极口碑，荫及以后校友。

如果GE的HR对各位的条件满意，是会负担往返哈尔滨和上海的费用的，所以大家不必过分担心差旅费的问题。如果各位有任何问题，小弟将非常愿意帮忙。因为IP限制（鄙视一下当前政策），小弟无法在网上直接回复回答问题，所以还请各位直接往我的ID  BillClinton的信箱里面发信。

GE China hired 183 EID interns during Apr. to June this year, and they all did a great internship in GE in the summer and some still are in their extended internship. Around 90 students of them are qualified for GE Full-time job after the internship performance assessment and GE will offer them a full-time job during the end of Sept. and early Nov. Some of them have already got the GE offer.

However, to support the rapid business growth of GE in China, we still need to hire nearly 200 entry-level students from campus in the Autumn Season, and then hope to develop them within GE.
