Job Responsibilities:工作职责

 Provide expertise support in achieving optimum performance of ASML products  
to fit the customers specific requirements in terms of Imaging, Overlay and Pr
oductivity
 Contribute in Fab Teams in problem definition, solution, implementation and f
ollowing up on escalations to Headquarters;
 Troubleshoot problems to minimize down time. If necessary adjust and modify s
ub-systems, replace parts and re-calibrate;
