某航空工业设计公司招聘，如下：
 2，Lead Finite Element Analysis (FEA) Engineer 
     
Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years working experience. 
· Minimum 3 years of FEA experience using ANSYS, HYPERMESH or other commercia
l FEA software.
· Minimum 2 years mechanical design experience desired. 
· Strong knowledge of Finite Element Analysis techniques, solid mechanics and
 numerical methods.
· Effective communication skill in both Mandarin and English. 
· Project management experiences a plus.
· Preferred mechanical engineering experience in areas such as gas turbine or
 diesel engine design and analysis.
· Able to lead other analysts and to communicate with management and customer
 at all levels
· Solid modeling experience preferred.
· Post-graduate engineering degree required (MS or PhD)
