Business Group Overview 

The mission of the Corporate Technology Group is to drive Intel's technology
 leadership.  This includes coordinating research and development among seve
ral business groups and aligning Intel's strategies and technologies with in
dustry needs.  The goal is to accelerate the convergence of computing and co
mmunications.

Job description: 

Responsible for conducting parallel computing and workload analysis research
 for emerging mass-market applications such as video retrieval and mining, t
ext mining, data mining etc. which is highly relevant to Intel platform and 
future multi-core architectures.

Research/engineering experience and achievements in at least one of below sp
ecific research areas are needed.

Parallel computing

Computer architecture

Compiler

Application/Workload and/or algorithm optimization 

Workload characterization

Other requirements:  

Master Degree and above. 

Proved record in conducting challenging research tasks (publications) are pr
eferred.
