•    Expertly operating Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

Areas of Responsibility
职责范围
•    Preparing the Manufacturing Operation Plans for generator casing, r
otors assembly, stator bars and laminations producing in accordance with engin
eering documents and master planning schedule in order that our production has
 the reasonable costs and efficiency and the designed quality. 
•    根据工程设计文件和主计划按时为定子机座、转子下线、定子线棒和冲片的制
造等编制工艺过程卡，使产品制造成本和加工效率合理，产品质量达到设计要求。
•    Preparing the clamping and measuring ways and tools for producing t
he generators. 
•    为发电机的制造编制装夹和测量的方法和工具工装。
•    Preparing the manufacturing process specifications deemed necessary
 to execute the manufacturing, and give the relevant training to the workers.

•    编写对生产中必需的生产工艺规范，并对工人提供相关的培训。
•    Updating the manufacturing procedures whenever necessary, especiall
y taking corrective actions after problems have been found.
•    在必要时改进制造工艺，特别是在发现问题后及时采取改进措施。
