Management Trainee Program  
Now in order to develop the dynamic manager of tomorrow to face up to the

will continue Management Trainee Program. This program will cover a 
1-year  
 period including a 2-months’ induction period and a real job period. 
The  
 trainees will be trained both in their chosen functions and in the 
management  
 during this period in order to develop the skills and competencies for 
their  
 future managerial career.
