Position
EDA/ CAD Support Engineer 

Job Description
Support to I.C.Design team: tools installation, development, support, config.m
anagement ;tools include: logic design/synthesis, timing & power analysis, I.C
.layout, place & route and verification. Design System Administration: install
 & maintain design system network, hardware, software; system is Unix based wo
rkstations & servers;system user support & database backup & config.management
; certain PC based support is expected. 
Detailed Requirements
Experience in Verilog/VHDL, tools: Cadence, Synopsys, Advant; Good knowledge o
f Unix/Solaris, C/C++, Perl; Eexperience in IC design is prefered; Experience 
in System Admin is prefered; Good communication skill; Fluence in spoken Engli
sh & Mandarin/ Putongkua is preferred.

Master degree of Engineering:Micro-Electrical; Communication.



IC Design (Digital) Engineer 

Digital circuit design, simulation; Verification, test pattern generation; Cir
cuit to layout verification.

Knowledge in digital I.C. design; Knowledge in I.C.Design tool set, simulation
, verification; Knowledge in I.C. layout preferred.


Master degree of Engineering:Micro-Electrical; Communication.



IC Design (Analog) Engineer 


Analog circuit design, simulation; Verification, test pattern generation; Circ
uit to layout verification.


Knowledge in analog MOS I.C. design; Knowledge in I.C.Design tool set, simulat
ion, verification; Knowledge in I.C. Manufacturing issues; Knowledge in I.C. l
ayout preferred.


Master degree of Engineering:Micro-Electrical; Communication.


IC Layout Engineer
IC circuit layout design through CAD tools; Layout verifications including: DR
C, LVS, LPE, Timing, Power, etc. Layout and verification tools customisation o
r development.

IC circuit layout, use of related tools, verification tools development.

Master degree of Engineering:Micro-Electrical; Communication.


System Engineer

Develop and implement Motorola or external technology into applications to be 
used by customers as reference design.

Knowledge on specific application including algorithm, technology, implementat
ion prefered; Able to think in complete system application including IC implem
entation issues is required.


Master degree of Engineering:Micro-Electrical; Communication.
