    Position responsibility:Design, test, and troubleshoot analog and digita
l circuits including lock-in amplifier, ultra-low noise analog circuits, and
 DSP-based control circuits. Supervise junior engineers and technicians.Posi
tion qualification:MSEE or equivalent degree (Ph.D. is preferred) with 5+ ye
ars hands-on circuit design experiences is required.Familiar with design too
ls (such as OrCad), and PCB fabrication processes.Experience in DSP/Micro co
ntroller/FPGA application design.Knowledge of programming language/tool: C, 
C++, Assembly and LabView.Experience with general lab equipments: oscillosco
pe, function generator, lock-in amplifier, spectrum analyzer, and logical an
alyzer/debugger. Experience in instrumentation design is preferred. Ability 
to generate documentation required to release the design to manufacturing.Go
od oral and written skills in English. Must be self-motivated and self-direc
ted. Must appropriately set priorities and achieve quality results. Good tea
