Trainer Introduction ：Albert Fang joined P&G in 1994. He now works in Product
 Supply as the Associate Director, responsible for Greater China Demand & Mark
et Planning and HK Customer Service & Logistics.  

I have enjoyed working in Procter & Gamble ever since I started in 1994. P&G o
ffers one of the best employment experience with early responsibilities, world
 class training curriculum, (both classroom and on the job training), local, r
egional and global career opportunities. 

In my eleven years of experience with P&G, I have had the opportunities to lea
rn and grow in various assignments within Product Supply Organization with pri
mary focus on logistics and customer services. My work has evolved and expande
d to cover a broad supply chain from manufacturing factory gates to retail sto
res’ shelves. I’ve also had a wonderful one year experience in Marketing as 
a broadening assignment. I spent seven years working in Taiwan, two years in t
he United States, one year in Singapore, and now more than 1 year in Guangzhou
, China. These international assignments have offered excellent cultural exper
iences, in addition to professional growth opportunities. 

P&G is the right place for those who have high inspirations on careers, who wa
nt to learn and enjoy working in an established and highly reputable corporati
on. I feel privileged to share my experiences on supply chain management in Pr
octer & Gamble, and I hope this session can give you some basic understanding 
of our visions towards future emerging supply chain.
